[DP-2015SET] Tanito ab interno Trabeclotomy Micro-hook Disposable SET

Tanito ab interno Trabeclotomy Micro-hook Disposable SET

These hooks are specifically designed for trabeculotomy procedures using an intraocular approach. There are three types of hooks: a straight type, ideal for temporal or superior approaches, and angled-right and -left types, for nasal approaches. During the procedure, the hook tip is inserted into Schlemm's canal under gonioprism observation, sliding along the pigmented zone of the trabecular meshwork. The correct depth for the hook tip is indicated when it's visible through the trabecular meshwork. This design helps avoid damage to the outer wall of Schlemm's canal. If the hook tip is inserted too deeply, the surgeon will feel resistance during the incision. In such cases, the hook tip should be withdrawn slightly.
